Network cabling experts Paragon Data Services (PDS) has managed to complete a deal which will allow them to fit out new data infrastructure at 140 Blacks and Millets stores across the UK.
PDS, who are based in Hull, have signed a contract with Bank Retail to carry out the data cable rollout within all of the Black and Millets stores nationwide.
The contract, which will be worth £100,000, will see 15 engineers carrying out the installations in all of the stores across a five week period.
Ian Bland, the managing director of PDS, said: “This is a great contract win for us and gives us a fantastic start to 2013.
“We’ve worked closely with other retail outlets across the last few years, such as JD Sports where we provide a 24 hour emergency call-out service, but we still had to tender for this against major national competitors.
“Rollout projects are a speciality of ours and I believe this is down to our project management experience and the extremely high-calibre of the engineers we employ.”
PDS offers it’s services across all of Yorkshire and as far out as Europe and Asia. Due to the contract, PDS are to open a new regional office in Watford.
