More than seven acres of land close to Leeds city centre have been put on the market to be sold.
The sites will have joint selling agents, with Jones Lang LaSalle and Stephen Tonkin being assigned.
The two sites, which were once occupied Hydro Aluminum, are 3.52 and 3.99 acres in size, and are placed near the city centre.
The sites previously had planning permission for a large redevelopment, including apartments, offices and a hotel. There were even plans for some ancillary retail and leisure space.
