Debt recovery and assets management firm Cerberus are expanding their business by opening a new office in Leeds.
The company, whose turnover last year was £5.8m, is opening at Park Place, with a team that’ll be led by Richard Parkin, who has over 20 years of experience in the industry.
Group director of Cerberus said about the new office “Having established a presence in the Leeds market only six months ago we have already formed some excellent working relationships with many of the insolvency practitioners, lenders and accountants in the area. It has also enabled us to better service our existing clients in Yorkshire.”
“With Richard’s knowledge of the market and the contacts he has built up over the years we are hoping to see the Leeds office expand rapidly with the creation of additional jobs.”
Richard Parkin previously worked for Chatsworth & Co for ten years, having more recently worked for himself, introducing insolvency and recovery to the area.
Richard said “I am delighted to be joining a company that is well respected throughout the North of England for delivering effective advice and solutions in the recovery of distressed assets and debt.”
“The group has built a formidable team that is able to provide in-depth expertise across asset appraisal, evaluation and realisation, as well as having specific knowledge of credit, risk management and recovery.”
